It just had an old smoke smell - like it was previously a smoking room and was converted to non-smoking but maybe none of the drapes or furniture were replaced, so it had that slight stuffy smell of old smoke. If I come again, I'll definitely request a room at the end of the hall. Fortunately, I sleep with earplugs, so it didn't wake me. However, the room is right off the elevators and directly across from the housekeeping room and the housekeeping staff slammed that door over and over again going in and out all morning. We both slept really really well here both nights. The bed was super comfortable and was our favorite feature. The drapes did well at blocking out the light so we were able to sleep in. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. There is no personal care or consideration.Stayed two nights. I would not recommend because of the disconnect between the physical location and the people handling its business. I wish they had stayed at the other Casino. This is unfortunate because I will no longer be staying with the wedding guests. I have since cancelled my reservation and reserved somewhere else. But always, it is brought to my attention that this was so. I understand that some places do this, but it's usually to lock in a rate and is not refundable. I come to wake up the next morning and find that I had been charged in advance for the room. This may have been the worst representative yet. Finally I felt obligated because it was the last day that the group rate was available and I regretfully made the reservation. It was very frustrating.Įvery time is made me not want to make the reservation. Every time they ask asked multiple times for dates, card info, rewards info and so on. Every time they had to ask multiple times for the names of the party. The representatives were obviously overwhelmed in the call center(god knows what country it was located) from having to handle reservations from so many properties.Įvery time they said they couldn't find the block of rooms reserved. I tried 3 times to make reservations for a wedding, and 3 times I found the worst customer service I have ever experienced while trying to make a reservation.
